General Body meeting	<p>General body meeting schedule to be held on 5/7/2018 on the 2 requisition 1. one Haji Sabir Hussain ASC relationg with construction of Bar Room space is not enough for lawyer.</p> <p>2 by the Aqeel ur Rehman Jadoon regarding the shifting of test & interview venue from Abbottabad to Peshawar</p> <p> </p> <p>decision</p> <p>1. General Body unanimously decided that on basis of year 1999 the bar council should through enrollment committee conduct the test/interview on the Peshawar High Court Bench Abbottabad due to hardship faced by cnadidate specially female lawyer travel to Peshawar for said exam. further decided that within a month test and interview schedule/time must be pronounced and the time of lisence should be start from the their original due date </p> <p>2. All the participant raised the issue facing by lawyers of Hazara Division and suggest their solution. they are unanimously agreed upon the unity of lawyers specially the lawyers representative for solution of their problem KP province. a Legal Action committee has been constituted and all the lawyer representative (Presidents, General Secretaries DBA/TBA Hazara Division, member KP Bar Council, are members of legal action committee.</p> <p> </p> <p>the house unanimously decided and demanded the followings.</p> <p>1. a request made to HOnourable Chief Justice PHC Peshawar that in all Judicial Complex in Hazara Diviison a space/land for lawyers on which they construct their offices.</p> <p>2.the Honourable Chief Justice PHC graciously speed up the process to grant the funds for judicial complex in Mansehra.</p> <p>3. the Funds may kindly be granted for construction of High Court Bar Room Abbottabad.</p> <p>4.We jointly request to Honourable Chief Justice PHC and Provincial Government to provide the grant in aid to all Bar Associations of Hazara Division and make sure of availibility of said funds.</p> <p>5. the Car parking of lawyer is an issue which bring into the knowledge of provincial government and sugested that in Commissioner Hazara Division office, 10 Kinal land may graciously be alloted to lawyer for their vehicles parking</p> <p>6. in District Bar Association, Abbottabad a fly bridge or under ground bridge is very important. the Honourable Chief Justice may graciously be requested to solve this issue.</p> <p>7. In PHC Bench Abbottabad the ministerial staff appointment is right of the people of Hazara Division we jointly requested to Honourable Chief Justice to appoint the employees from Hazara Division.</p> <p>8. we request the Honourable Chief Justice that in elevation of Honourable Judges the lawyers from Hazara Division may also be made as other division of province because in current only 2 judges in 20 judges are working from Hazara division which is very low ratio and should be atleast 5 Judges from this Division.</p> <p>9. the lawyers of Hazara Division request the Honourable Chief Justice PHC to make sure a sitting with the members of legal action committee and lawyer representative at Hazara Division for redressal of their problems.</p> <p>10. In Tehsil Bar Allai there is no Bar Room and no space for lawyers office, we request to Honourable Chief Justice to solve the problem facing by lawyers of Allai Tehsil Bar Association. </p> <p> </p>	16 Nov 2017
